Focused on Care are a locally based Accommodation provider for people with special needs. The project is located at 699 to 713 Greenwattle street Glenvale and consists of a total of 31 rooms spread across 6 buildings. The rooms include accommodation for tenants that need Fully Accessible rooms and some that need High Physical Support. This project will be SDA approved and will receive funding from the NDIS. The project also includes a Community building that will be used for family and friends who are visiting the tenants, plus carparking for 10 vehicles.
